Residential and Commercial Sealing Coating 

Our sealer is a two-part solution that is applied to the asphalt by spraying it onto the surface. This ensures a consistent coating thickness across the entire surface area of your driveway or parking lot. While it is still wet, we roll it to ensure an even application. When the sealer dries you will notice that it has a glossy finish. The sealer protects against oil, salt and other chemicals from deteriorating the surface of the asphalt. It also protects against UV rays which can fade the color of asphalt paving material over time. It greatly reduces cracking caused by temperature changes or other factors as well as minimizing potholes from forming in your asphalt surfaces.
